Common Questions
Is the buyer portal free to use?
Yes. There is no cost for qualified buyers to access the portal. Robbins Pellegrino is compensated by the seller upon a successful closing.
How do I get access to the portal?
Click Access Portal and log in or create an account. Once you have an account, you can log in at any time with your email — in lieu of a password, a magic link will be sent to your inbox. Note, you may already have an account if you have inquired about one of our opportunities before.
What happens after I sign an NDA?
Once your NDA is verified, the data room for that deal opens immediately. You'll see all uploaded financials, tax returns, lease documents, and any other materials the seller has provided.
Can I track multiple deals at once?
Absolutely. Your portal gives you a separate workspace for each deal you're exploring — messages, documents, and offers are all kept separate and organized.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Your identity as an interested buyer is never disclosed to the seller without your permission. All communication goes through your Robbins Pellegrino broker.
